Our daily work culture

We aim to be a strategic part of our clients’ team. Acting as an extension of your staff allows us to fill gaps you didn’t know existed.

To earn and maintain our clients’ trust, we work hard every day to create a culture of excellence deeply rooted by each and every one of our team members.

Seeking excellence is a principle to be exercised daily. To keep Omni Premier Marketing on the right path, each team member agrees to our adopted definition of what it takes to be an ideal team player.

“Humility isn’t thinking less of yourself, but
thinking of yourself less.”

- C.S Lewis

Our definition of the ideal team member

Smart

Smart team members are aware, compassionate, and considerate. They ask great questions and provide great answers. They engage in collaborative discussions with other team members, vendors, and clients, and they search for compromises when different ideas are presented.

Smart team members consider how their actions impact colleagues, clients, and partners. This means exercising good judgment and thoughtfully considering all potential outcomes, including the upsides and downsides of any actions or thoughts. Smart team members also have a positive attitude. They believe in the mission of the team and clients, which in turn increases morale and productivity.

Because we hold our values and principles high, we can enable and empower all members of the team to bring creativity, ingenuity, and originality to the benefit of everyone we come into contact with.

Hungry

A hungry team member refuses to accept the status quo. They actively seek challenges and see value in being uncomfortable. They readily accept tasks outside of their comfort zone and relish the opportunity to learn more. Hungry team players are self motivated to go beyond, not because they are asked to, but because they are determined to fulfill our mission while uplifting our culture. Hungry team members take on additional responsibility to increase their capabilities for the benefit of our clients, our team members, and our company.

Humble

There is no ego involved with being transparent, apologizing, showing empathy, or owning up to mistakes (and learning from them). Humble team members understand their professional role is first and foremost to serve. Serving our clients and our team members comes first. Being humble replaces the word “I“ with the word “ we”. When the team goals and company mission are put above our individual goals, we enable ourselves to understand our strengths and weaknesses; doing so allows us to learn and grow. When we put our own egos aside, we are able to be in a constant state of learning. This best serves our client, our company, and of course our most valuable assets: our people.
