Project Consultation
This is a help session to walk though any tasks that are better suited for live verbal communication on any project you need us to complete, for example:
- Website design or page updates
- Changes to website pages including content, images, or video (including editing)
- Print design consultation including brochure, cards, mailers, etc.
Most of these meetings can be done in 15 minutes or less but we book in 30-minute windows to make sure we cover all of your needs.
Strategy Session
This is a session to review current number, goals and to refine strategy if needed, for example:
- Review prior months and prior year new patient counts
- Discuss any challenges obtaining new patients
- Review and analyze KPIs including Keyword Rankings, CPC, Traffic Call Tracking
