After you opt out:
- You will receive a confirmation message
- You will no longer receive marketing or non-essential SMS messages from that number

Email Communications
Marketing Emails
You may opt out of marketing or promotional emails by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any marketing email. Unsubscribe requests are processed promptly.
Transactional and Service Emails
Opting out of marketing emails does not affect essential emails related to:
- Active or prior client relationships
- Billing or payment notices
- Contractual, legal, or compliance communications
- Account or service updates
These emails are sent as required to conduct business and meet legal obligations.
Client and Contractual Communications
If you are a current or former client, certain communications are necessary to fulfill contractual, operational, or legal responsibilities and cannot be fully opted out of while an agreement is active.
Data Use, Privacy, and Third Parties
- We do not sell your phone number or email address
- We do not share your contact information with third parties for their marketing purposes
- Communications are sent in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and applicable state laws
